We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist for Suspension & Performance to join our team. This position requires expertise in suspension systems, performance tuning, and off-road vehicle modifications. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting vehicle assessments, and ensuring that all suspension and performance systems are optimized for off-road use.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical support on suspension and performance modification for 4×4 vehicles.
Diagnose issues, offer solutions, and perform installations on suspension and performance parts.
Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the best technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality service and adherence to safety standards.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in vehicle suspension and performance modifications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in suspension systems, vehicle performance, and off-road modifications.
Strong technical knowledge of 4×4 mechanics and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with suspension installation and troubleshooting.
